Corporate Relocation’s information infrastructure is fully integrated and packaged specifically to support relocation services thereby increasing our productivity, accuracy and accessibility.
Our client administration, transferee and supplier portals, collectively referred to as CRInet Services, communicate seamlessly with our internal applications. This allows any system user (internal or external) to take advantage of a holistic view of relocation services and costs.
Client administrators, through our ClientCoordinator portal, have the ability to authorize relocations, reference their document library, view static reports or run and export their own Crystal reports. Corporate Relocation also provides our clients with view-only access into our ‘live’ US Domestic and Global Assignment management applications enabling them a "true real-time" view of their respective relocating employees’ information (e.g. service statuses, dates, correspondence logs, file notes).
Similarly, relocating employees also have the opportunity to take advantage of their own portal, MoveCoordinator, to directly email their CRI Consultant, submit expenses forms for reimbursements, manage their relocation calendar and view their relocation specific documents and authorized service information (e.g. BMAs, Home Purchase Agent, Moving and Storage).
VendorCoordinator provides a web portal for relocation suppliers to track and manage transferee information within our applications in a secured environment.
