Most of the information we collect is provided directly to us by our clients (your company), our customers (you) and the suppliers we contact with in order to provide relocation services in accordance with the agreements we have in place with our clients. We may also obtain personal information from individuals who choose to provide us with this type of information (name, address, e-mail and phone numbers) in order to be contacted regarding services we provide, white papers, employment and webinars.

We share your information with third-party suppliers just to the extent necessary for them to provide services to you on our behalf. Our suppliers are contractually obligated to agree to keep your nonpublic information confidential and use it only for the intended purposes. In certain circumstances we may disclose your personal information when we have reason to believe it is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against persons or entities to protect the rights and property of our company, clients, customers, suppliers and others. Corporate Relocation takes special care to protect the privacy of children. Our websites are designed to target companies interested in relocation services and to their adult employees whom we move. No part of our website is designed to provide a service or attract persons under the age of 13 years. For this reason, we do not knowingly or deliberately collect or maintain personal information online from anyone under the age of thirteen (13) years old.

Controlling Information About You

Corporate Relocation gives you the ability to “opt-out” (deny permission) of having your personal information shared with third party suppliers. If you choose to “opt-out”, please be aware we may be unable to provide you the services for which you were authorized to receive from us.
