Account Manager

GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:

Because we are in the people business, everything we do is driven by customer service. The Director, Account Management is responsible for managing the relationship between CRI and a designated book of business. The role requires a high level of internal collaboration, client-facing relationship management and focused client service.

 

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain strategic long term client partnerships to support client goals and organization objectives.

  • Maintain strategic program support through the implementation, review, and execution or program and policies.

  • Establish objectives and key results that align with the broader goals of the organization.

  • Provide thought leadership, ideas and program or policy development for the execution of comprehensive global mobility programs, including application of products, program management based on client objectives, and executing on key client deliverables in support of their talent strategies.

  • Promote a collaborative work environment by developing a strong partnership with the relocation service delivery, technology, and finance functions of the organization.

  • Identify industry trends and maintain updated knowledge of company product and services.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by senior leadership.

  • Support and promote company mission, vision, and values.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

Experience:

  • 5 or more years in a leadership position

  • Experience in customer service or office environment

  • Proficiency in communication both verbal and written (multi-lingual a plus)

  • Relocation experience is preferred

Benefits:
  • Salary ranges from $60,000 - $75,000 per year

  • A full suite of competitive benefit offerings are available effective first of the month following hire date
