Relocation Associate

GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:

Because we are in the people business, everything we do is driven by customer service. The relocation associate is one of the most important players on our team and is critical to providing amazing customer service to transferring employees by supporting our Relocation Consultants.

This is a great position for a recent college graduate with interest in the fields of business, real estate, sales/marketing. While the associate position is an entry level position, it is a great foundation for all other areas of relocation disciplines.

 

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • As part of a team, you will help manage individuals relocating for our corporate clients
  • Support our Relocation Consultants or other managers
  • Client and transferee data input and integrity management
  • Calendar management and tracking of key service delivery dates
  • Process orders to service partners
  • Frequent communication with transferring employee, service partners and other team members
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Regular attendance at work is an essential job function

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (advanced education a plus)
Experience:
  • Relocation experience is not required
  • Experience in customer service or office environment
  • Familiarity with various software tools including Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in communication both verbal and written (multi-lingual a plus)
  • Impeccable follow-up
  • Strong organizational skills

  • A great, open attitude to support our team, our client, and our transferees
