How can CRI help me as a recruiter?

We can collaborate with you at the job posting and offer stage to create the most competitive relocation assistance package to the ideal candidate. Pre-decision cost estimates can be done to get an idea on the cost of the relocation for that specific candidate. We can also place a referral to a real estate expert in the destination area to give the candidate an orientation tour of their new community and a glimpse of the housing market and school options.

What relocation services does CRI offer to the employee?

We offer a vast number of services under six categories domestically and internationally; Real Estate Solutions, Move Management Coordination, Temporary Housing Solutions, Destination Services, and Financial Services.

If I accept the job, who is going to help me plan and coordinate my relocation?

We have contracted with a relocation management company, Corporate Relocation International (CRI). Once you accept the offer, we will authorize CRI to assist you with your relocation and consultant will be paired with you to manage and coordinate all your relocation benefits. 

If there are out-of-pocket expenses, how do I get reimbursed?

CRI’s ReloPortal makes it easy to get reimbursed on out-of-pocket expenses. Employees can upload receipts and submit expenses online through the mobile or desktop version. ReloPortal shows real time status so you can track your reimbursement. Typical turnaround time is 3-5 business days.

What type of assistance can I expect with selling my home and/or locating suitable housing in the new area?

CRI will place referrals to relocation certified agents in both locations based on your specific needs. These agents will assist you with selling your old home at the highest price possible and/or locating permanent housing in the new location for either renting long term or making a new home purchase.

Why is working with a relocation certified real estate agent important?

A relocation certified agent has experience in the relocation process and is familiar with the paperwork required to ensure the relocation program complies with the applicable IRS regulations. Their in-depth knowledge also streamlines communication and expedites the relocation process. 

It is important to contact CRI prior to reaching out to a real estate agent to maintain your benefit eligibility once the relocation is authorized.

What type of assistance can I expect with moving my household goods?

CRI has move management solutions for different sizes of households. They will work with you through a needs assessment to match you with the appropriate option for a stress-free move. The different types of solutions may include self-move options, professional van line movers, and/or CRI’s Select Fleet. In addition to the transportation of your household goods, auto shipment coordination can also be arranged.

How are temporary housing options selected?

CRI has direct relationships with local property management companies across the globe. Once the employee is ready to view temporary living options, our global coordinator provides customized options based on the employees needs, lifestyle and policy perimeters. The employee can view the options in ReloPortal and make the selection that is right for them.
